글로벌 CRO인 노보텍(Novotech)에서 In-Vivo CAR-T 치료제의 차세대 패러다임을 조망하는 백서를 발간했다.

‘In-Vivo CAR Therapies - Global Research and Development Landscape (2025)’ 백서는 In-Vivo CAR-T 치료의 흐름과 암, 자가면역질환 등의 치료 환경을 어떻게 변화시킬 수 있는지 조망한다.

기존의 Ex-Vivo CAR-T 치료는 환자의 T세포를 체외에서 추출해 유전적으로 조작한 뒤 다시 환자에게 주입하는 방식이다. 시간과 비용이 많이 소요되고 유통 과정이 복잡해 환자 접근성을 제한하는 주요 요인으로 작용했다.
